What we do

We translate from French to English and English to French all kind of documents and more specifically in the legal area, such as all types and any form of minutes, court proceedings, arbitrations, letters rogatory; all type of corporate documents, articles of association, excerpts from the trade register, Shareholders Meetings and General Meetings; contractual documentation; General Terms and Conditions, etc.

Our fees are calculated according to the schedule set out by the Geneva Cantonal Act regulating the activity of Sworn Translators and a previous quotation is always presented to the client for acceptance prior to performing the work.

We also interpret in court or arbitration proceedings, in front of notaries, wedding ceremonies, driving or navigation tests or wherever required. In such cases, we invoice on an hourly basis.

We work fast, at very short notice and keep our deadlines.

Who we are

Susannah Maas Antamoro de Céspedes is a lawyer with the Geneva bar, where she has been practicing for the past 40 years and is very active in various areas of the legal profession.

She was born British, from a Danish mother, and also holds Swiss and Italian citizenship. She is totally fluent in French, English, Danish and Italian. She has lived seven years in India and the very broad spectrum of her clients, as a lawyer, has allowed her to understand the needs and requirements of those who have chosen to work with her, as well as a deep insight of their respective cultures.

Susannah was sworn in as a translator by the Chancery of the Republic and Canton Geneva during the year 2000 and has translated several thousand documents as of that date as well as interpreted for individuals, civil and criminal courts in Geneva as well as with the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland.

She is proud to state that she has not registered a single complaint to date.
